Goal

Redesign the website giving it a modern look, easy navigation and can be easily updated.

Background

Domani offers both salon and spa treatments plus special bridal spa packages. The early site was hard to navigate and didn't highlight the bridal side well. They also felt since they were trying to attract a younger clientele, the earlier site didn't portray the look that they wanted. Plus, being on a non-cms platform, the site wasn't easily, nor frequently updated.

Solution

A black and a white site design palette was created for the client, with the black design being chosen for the sophisticated, modern look they were wanting. The site uses bold beauty imagery for main images, with the same style imagery being used on section fronts to visually illustrate the section.

To make updates and management easy the site was built on WordPress and is responsive on multiple devices.

Some new features to the site included:
- Social media integration
- WordPress blog and news feed.
- The ability to purchase gift cards
